This retreat includes: 
- Lodging at Sweet Songs (shared occupancy, 2 people in a Queen casita) 
- 3 meals per day plus an afternoon snack 
- Shuttle transfer from Belize City to Sweet Songs , round trip
- All lodge amenities (canoeing, tubing, hiking, pool) 
- Daily retreat activities led by Gabrielle (guided meditations, sound healing, groups. All to regulate our nervous system and move through burnout!)

- Group excursion to a Mayan Ruin at sunset
